We’re perfectionists who are used to working to strict quality standards. Those are reflected in all the barefoot shoes we make. Every pair of shoes passes through our hands numerous times during the shoemaking process. This careful hand-crafting enables us to check on every shoe, every step of the way. The result is that the shoes we create fulfil the very highest standards of quality and comfort. 

Leather shoe with real fur lining

We have decided to use only the very best materials for our shoes. With the exception of the sole and insole, our shoes are made entirely of premium Italian leather, which guarantees their exceptional appearance and ensures they will last well.  

The genuine lamb fur lining is synonymous with comfort and thermal comfort. Soft and smooth to the touch, it not only brings an extraordinary feeling of luxury, but also excellent insulating properties. The lambskin naturally regulates temperature, keeping feet warm even in cold weather while allowing feet to breathe. This natural material is also very durable and long-lasting, which contributes to the longevity of our boots.

1 - Sheepskin insole

The real lambskin insole is the best thing you could wish for in a winter boot. The insole is soft and its thermal properties are absolutely perfect.

The insoles in our winter boots are double. The contact layer is genuine lambskin leather that conforms to your foot, naturally wicks away sweat and works as thermal insulation. Underneath is a latex layer that helps the insole hold its shape and acts as thermal insulation. Our insoles are without instep support and respect the natural anatomy of the foot. They enable your feet to move naturally, supported by muscle and tendon movements at every step, which promotes general foot comfort. 

2 - Sole  

Zero drop refers to a zero height difference between the heel and the toe! This is the most natural position for the feet, and provides optimal support for the body’s joints and spine, which would otherwise need to compensate for uneven footwear. Our lightweight rubber sole with a zero drop enables you to be aware of every detail of the surface you are walking on. You will feel more connected to the world beneath your feet and will gain better control over every movement your body makes. Naturally shaped

Barefoot shoes are innovative footwear designed to let your feet move as they would naturally. Their roomy design provides enough space for the toes, so that they are in their natural positions and can move freely, which supports physiological movement. We have carefully developed our unique design, which respects the anatomical structure of the foot. Our design achieves optimal comfort while also looking great.

No cup soles, no compromises

We’re not afraid of being the odd ones out in sticking to the tradition of truly handcrafted barefoot shoes. Error-free hand-lasting is the skill that sets us apart from the crowd. Most barefoot shoe manufacturers speed up and simplify the shoemaking process by hiding their imperfections inside a cup sole. We don’t do that. Why? Because we believe in the original technique of barefoot shoemaking, which guarantees the most natural foot movement. Without cup soles, our shoes offer perfect flexibility and are very lightweight, without any superfluous material. The soles on our shoes are extra light, but still hard-wearing.

Every gram counts

Thanks to our traditional shoemaking technique without cup soles, our shoes are some of the lightest on the market. An increase of just 200 g on the weight of your shoes would mean that each of your feet carried an extra 1000kg every day! Whether you’re going to work, on a country walk or to the gym, wearing our shoes will liberate your feet from excess strain and every step you take will be light and pleasant.
