Returning goods from countries outside the EU:

If you are sending goods from outside the EU, you must clear customs with your carrier as a CLAIM or RETURNED GOODS. We cannot accept goods without this customs clearance. In non-EU countries, it is best to use a carrier other than regular mail. Please use only the carrier for returns outside the  EU: DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, DPD. Otherwise we cannot guarantee a smooth delivery process.The National Post office stops packages at the customs department and requires a fee to release the package. How long does it take to process an order?

In the case of custom production, payment must be made in advance. Only after the financial amount has been credited to our account with a duly completed order can we start production. The delivery time depends on the number of orders received, but also on the complexity of the order. The normal delivery time for custom production is thirty days. If we also produce a hoof for custom production, it may take even longer.
