Description
Sheepskin is a practical and modern interior accessory. You can lounge on it while relaxing on the sofa or in an armchair. Placed on the floor, sheepskin adds a pleasant sense of warmth and coziness to the room. Sheep’s wool does not itch or irritate the skin.
Our sheepskin comes from sheep that graze in the White Carpathians Protected Landscape Area. This is also where Rudimov Farm is located, which has been raising sheep here since 2003. The sheep graze year-round in the meadows and are raised in accordance with their natural needs (so-called welfare), while also helping to maintain this beautiful, protected landscape in a sustainable way.
Every skin is unique
They vary in size, color, and coat length. Their coats are light in color, ranging from nearly white to cream to yellowish. Sometimes they are spotted or brownish.

Sheep have been a part of life in Wallachia for centuries. They shaped the landscape of the White Carpathians, with their rolling green hills dotted with flocks. They provided people with meat, milk, and, last but not least, wool for a variety of uses. We continue the tradition of utilizing every part of the animal to make the most of all nature’s gifts and ensure nothing goes to waste. We have been farming this way at the family-run organic Rudimov Farm since 2003.
