Production of a new sole – We will prepare a new cup sole that matches the size and shape of the shoe.

Bonding and Molding – Reattach the upper to the new sole, carefully glue it in place, and let it set under the press.

Sole stitching - To make the seam hold even better, we'll stitch the sole all the way around.

Final review and revisions – We’ll check to make sure the seam is secure and clean up the shoes for a polished finish.
